Oliver is the goat. My order accidentally got swapped for someone else else’s and I had to drive back to get it replaced and Oliver was super respectful and gave me extra food to make up for it. Love the food, and happy they made it right.
Be patient with them. They are doing a great job. The amount of orders they put out on a regular basis is impressive honestly. I’ve worked in the food industry before and I will tell you they are doing a great job. Store manager is keeping this place afloat. Food tastes great. My hats off to this team for doing what they do.

The food portion seems to be much smaller than before. The bowl is a big wider but much shallower, and the food didn't even fill up this bowl.
Lavender the cashier and Steven the food assistant at Cupbop provided great customer service. They were friendly, helpful, and kept things running smoothly. The store was very clean and well maintained, and the food was fantastic. Definitely a great experience overall.

Love this place! The food is amazing and definitely tastes better than fast food!! Give it a try, recommend a level 3 if you’re not a huge fan of spice! Absolutely delicious! Good size portion too!
